SuperStore Systems is an exciting Software-as-a-Service startup that created a unique, scalable B2B2B2C eCommerce platform within the ‘events’ space.
The platform enables event organisers and exhibitors to benefit from a lucrative monitisation opportunity and deeper engagement at events.
Situation, Challenges & Goals
The team had already built the minimum viable product. So the next challenge was a commercial one.
They needed to determine the right approach for their unique solution, amidst a backdrop of a complex business model and multiple audiences in the chain.
The business was also tasked with closing its first business customer for their eCommerce platform, which would boost its credibility in the eyes of other potential customers and investors, and help facilitate more such deals.
The co-founders saw value in taking a drawing-board approach to strategy-development, expertise that spans marketing through to sales strategy, and they also just needed the support of a fresh mind.
